Booking Confirmation To secure your booking we ask that payment of half the total cost is made (the deposit) the remainder in cash on arrival.

Internet Bookings Because demand for our rooms is high a Deposit is required within 2 hours of booking. Deposits can be paid at www.castlehillguesthouse.co.uk/pay

Deposits by cheque Providing your stay is booked more than a week in advance, with your card number on the reverse of the cheque, we will confirm your deposit has been received by email, phone or letter.

Cancellations In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the room, however if this is not possible the deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance. We accept no liability.

Check-in and Out Times Special arrangements can be made to check in prior to 3pm, to ensure that someone is here to meet you. Rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
